General Bonus Conditions:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, up786's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our Support team. Prior to processing a closure request, we may require you to complete any outstanding KYC verification. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and applicable verification requirements.

Termination by up786: up786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold funds pending investigation, and/or take legal action in the event of:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which up786 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and up786 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting our Support team in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable operator licence, which may include independent adjudication by a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
